Caroline Roberts

After an early career spent making programmes for BBC Radio, Caroline has led HR in organisations as diverse as Fox International Channels, Zaha Hadid Architects and VisitBritain. She is currently Head of People Operations for Smart DCC, who built the technology infrastructure behind the Smart Meter programme. She is a qualified in coaching, psychometric assessment, mediation and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
