Ray Parmenter

Ray works as a freelance consultant, mentor, academic and trainer in reward management and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Ray is also a Fellow Certified Practitioner of the Australian Institute for Human Resources, Member of the Institute of Hospitality and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Ray has been delivering programmes for over 25 years, including online UK/international courses and other business or management-related areas. Ray was also a tutor for the CIPD’s Advanced Award in Reward Management for sixteen years. Before the start of her academic career, she had HR roles primarily in hospitality and the manufacturing sectors including a short period in Australia.
