Renee is a senior human resources professional with more than 25 years of experience as a strategic ally, sounding board, and confidante to senior leadership. She’s a hands-on HR leader with deep business acumen across industries who builds engaging, winning cultures where the best and brightest talent thrive, stay and accelerate growth. As VP, Global People & Culture at BCD M&E, she leads the agency’s regional people and culture, formerly called Human Resources, as well as collaborates across BCD on sustainability, diversity and inclusion initiatives. She received her master’s degree from University Texas and holds DISC certifications.
